Tested and verified by Intertek through the Test Verification of Conformity, this brass cylinder meets the mechanical and fire performance of EN 1634-1. Equipped with 5 or 6 pins to ensure a low keying variation rate, it also features a 30° offset cam design for reinforced security.
Exceptional Durability: The lock cylinder is mainly made of high-quality brass and has passed the 100,000-cycle test, offering corrosion resistance and long-term durability across a wide range of temperatures.
Functional Design: The double profile cylinder features a double-sided operating structure that can be operated by key on both sides. It is supplied with 3 keys and designed with a 15 mm cam rotation radius to provide smooth and effortless turning.
Flexible Compatibility: Manufactured according to DIN 18252 dimensional requirements and available in 60-95 mm lengths (60, 65, 70, 75, 80, 85, 90, 95), suitable for various door thicknesses. The keys are crafted from brass or nickel silver, supporting master key systems. OEM customization is available, including multiple surface finish processes and optional lengths.
